Ingredients:
- The Secret Weapon: Cream cheese (regular or whipped for easier spreading)
- Jarred Salsa
- Shredded mozzarella cheese
- Green pepper
- Scoop shaped tortilla chips
Directions:
- Use a serving plate or plastic container to prepare for the road.
- Take a whole green bell pepper and chop it up into small fine pieces.
- Assemble each layer of ingredients into individual scoop tortilla chips to make a great horderve.
- Spread a layer of cream cheese as the first layer in each chip. Experiment with thickness according to your liking. Its helps if cream cheese is somewhat soft, but if it is too soft or warm it may get too watery. Use the back of a spoon to scoop and spread. Be careful not to crack the chips.
- Add a layer of medium jarred salsa. Experiment with different kinds of your favorite salsas!
- Add a layer of shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Sprinkle chopped green pepper as the last layer.
