Ingredients:
- The Secret Weapon: Cream cheese (regular or whipped for easier spreading)
- Jarred Salsa
- Shredded mozzarella cheese
- Green pepper
- Tortilla chips
Directions:
- Use a flat plate, choose size according to the portion you wish to serve. Make a small plate for yourself, or use a large plate for parties. Or make this is a plastic container with lid to bring on the road!
- Take a whole green bell pepper and chop it up into small fine pieces.
- Spread a layer of cream cheese as the first layer. Experiment with thickness according to your liking. Its helps if cream cheese is somewhat soft, but if it is too soft or warm it may get too watery. Use the back of a spoon to scoop and spread.
- Add a layer of medium jarred salsa. Experiment with different kinds of your favorite salsas!
- Add a layer of shredded mozzarella cheese.
